Payments methods we accepted :-

BACS is the preferred method of payment for invoices, We do accepted cash and cheques. We also have chip and pin available on request as long as we have signal.

For smaller jobs payment is taken on completion. For the larger projects such as full house rewires,  we may ask for a 25% deposit one week before the start of the project, This is to cover the materials. The remaining balance will be broken down in to staggered payments. This is done at the end of each stage of the job e.g end of first fix and second fix.

The person ordering the work is ultimately responsible for payment. If you are not the owner of the property and order the work yourself  you are responsible for payment. How you do this with a 3rd party such as a landlord is between you and them. However the work must be agreed with the owner of the property before the work commences.

To come and look at work you would like done is FREE! However if on site immediate work is required such as fault finding and making safe faulty equipment  you will be charged as per the rates published on the web page.

The first hour cost more due to overheads that run such as travel time, fuel, waste disposal and administrative tasks.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are still available to take on work out side to these times as we know fitting in smaller jobs around work and home life can be hard. However they may charged at higher rate.

You while receive your certificates at the end of the job via Email. If you don’t have an email you will receive a paper copy which can take up to 7 working days to arrive. if you loose your original, We can arrange to get a copy for a small administration fee of £15
